Mindfulness is simply the natural state of being that we are all born into. As babies we observe and feel every thing in every moment. Modern times have dampened this ability through mass amounts of stimuli overwhelming our systems. Since it has always been, this ability to be in the present moment, can be cultivated and practiced at any time. As a Mindfulness Facilitator I love guiding others to living a life of more presence and connection. I have found this gift to be one of the most transformative in how I perceive and hold myself, as well as others in this precious life.
